Sussex Digital In Reach Team provides a free platform on which Care Providers across Sussex can access free advice and support on technology, digitalisation and data protection. We are run by the care providers for the care providers.

Barclay's Digital
Barclays has launched a digital upskilling programme for social care staff across Sussex, offering a variety of self-paced courses to enhance digital literacy, including Microsoft training, device security, and online safety, accessible through account creation using the company code: ALDINGBOURNE TRUST

West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board
The West Sussex Safeguarding Adults Board is a multi-agency partnership, with representation from statutory and voluntary partner organisations. The Board was established to promote the well-being of adults who have care and support needs, and to work collaboratively with agencies to prevent abuse and neglect where possible.

Numeracy Champion
We have been given the exciting opportunity for staff to take part in the CPD accredited ‘Becoming a Numeracy Champion’ training programme from National Numeracy. Places have been fully-funded by West Sussex County Council via the Multiply initiative.

The Fatal Five
​If support staff can understand the early warning signs of the Fatal Five - they can save lives. ​​ The module emphasizes the importance of understanding an individual’s baseline, or their typical behavior when healthy, to recognize subtle changes that could indicate a developing health problem.
