The T's & C's ensure clarity and transparency from day one and help you understand your rights, responsibilities, and the support available to you.

Salaries
Salaries are paid on the 20th of each month and cover the period from the 1st of that month.
Additional payments, such as sleep-in shifts, are paid one month in arrears. Pay is reviewed annually each April, and a pension scheme is available for those who qualify.

Payslips
Access your online payslips following your first payday. Contact HR@aldingbourne.org if you need assistance.
You will need your payroll number and password to log in. Your payroll number is on Cascade.

Sickness
After one month of service, employees are entitled to up to two weeks of full sick pay, after which any additional absence is paid at SSP. Covid-19 related sickness is treated separately and paid in full.
If you are unwell, you must contact your manager as soon as possible so your absence can be recorded.

Annual Leave
The annual leave year runs from January to December. Staff are entitled to 25 days of holiday per year, which is pro-rated for part-time employees. After five years of service, employees receive an additional day of leave.
All annual leave can be booked via Cascade.

- Family care leave (6 days per year)
- Jury service
- Maternity and paternity leave
- Compassionate leave
- Unpaid leave
- Time off for medical appointments/treatment
