Welcome to this month’s KYITL. As I write, there’s a real sense that spring is in the air, and with it comes a renewed energy across our organisation. This month’s update not only highlights the incredible Flower Ball, but also shines a light on the fantastic ways our work makes a difference and the meaningful connections we build every day.

Aldingbourne is a small but mighty charity, and we should all feel immensely proud of what we achieve together. I encourage you to take a moment to read through this edition, celebrate the accomplishments of your colleagues, and feel inspired to consider what more is possible as we continue to grow and evolve.
