Keeping You in the Loop - September 2026
A note from Alex This month’s edition just proves how much is going on around the charity and the significant impact our work has on improving the lives of the people we support. A particular highlight for me this month was meeting the Dynamite team and joining them for their monthly meeting. I was so impressed with what they are doing, the change that they are pushing for, the people they are meeting and how they conduct themselves. Caroline steers, shapes and supports (wonderfully, I hasten to add!) but it is clearly led and delivered by the Dynamite team. It certainly inspired me to try be a bit more dynamite.
Thank you to everyone who took part in our strategic plan survey. We had an overwhelmingly good response which we’re going to be working through over the next couple of weeks including workshops with a cross-section of people from around the charity. I can’t wait to build the new plan and start working with you all on shaping our future – it’ll be dynamite! Alex, Chief Executive Officer |
