A note from Alex

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to our new strategy.  We had well over 400 responses and lots of workshops and engagement sessions to help pull it all together.  We now have a first draft, outlining a new vision, a new mission and revised organisational values.  These will be fed back to you by your manager or team leader and please do shout if you think anything has been missed!

This new plan will help pull us together, and underpinned by our new set of values, I am confident this will help create an organisation more linked together to enhance the offer for the people we support.

In addition to improving outcomes for people we support, we will clearly set out a plan for the organisation which addresses financial sustainability and resources, working to ensure that our future is for a charity fit to thrive despite the challenges that inevitably lie ahead.

And we’ll do all that with you and the people we support.
